1. Scope of Agreement
These terms apply to all EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services provided by Enterprise Solar across QLD, NSW, and VIC. The agreement covers the sale, delivery, and installation of the solar photovoltaic system as described in your site-specific Full System Design.

2. EPC Analysis & Quotations
Data Accuracy: All financial projections—including the projected 3.82-year payback period and 202% 10-year ROI—are based on your current electricity rates and 22 years of historical NASA weather data.

Validity: Quotes remain valid for 30 days. Prices may be adjusted if hardware costs change or if the SREC (STC) spot market price fluctuates by more than 5% before settlement.

3. Government Incentives & STCs
Assignment of Rights: The quoted "Net Investment" price includes an upfront STC Rebate (calculated at $2,636 for a 9.98kW system). By signing this agreement, you assign all rights to these certificates to Enterprise Solar.

Tax Benefits: While we provide information on the $20,000 Instant Asset Write-Off, final eligibility depends on your specific business tax position; we recommend consulting your accountant.

4. Payment & Commercial Finance
Payment Terms: A 20% deposit is required upon order, with the balance payable upon completion of the installation.

Finance Options: We offer competitive finance packages through major Australian banks, including Asset Finance (Chattel Mortgage) and Operating Leases (PPAs). Installation will commence once finance approval is finalized.

5. Installation & Site Access
Zero-Disruption Rollout: We commit to a professional installation with minimal impact on your operations. You agree to provide our Master Electrician teams safe and convenient access to the roof and main switchboard.

Structural Integrity: We provide structural certification by qualified engineers. However, the client must ensure the premises are sound and capable of supporting the dead load of the solar infrastructure.

6. Grid Connection & Approvals
Turnkey Management: We handle the "red tape," including applications to DNSPs (such as Energex QLD) for network connection and meter upgrades.
No More to Pay: Our commercial proposals include all network connection fees and administration costs.

7. Industry-Leading Warranties
Tier-1 Hardware: We exclusively use premium components with direct Australian service centres:
Risen Panels: 25-year product replacement and 30-year production warranty.
